To book a birthday party at The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Center, download the Party Request Form.  Email your form to Kroc_events@usc.salvationarmy.org or return to The Kroc Center Welcome Desk. Party space is limited, so book early!

Choose your next Birthday Adventure at the Omaha Kroc because here: the fun doesn't stop!

After booking your celebration, each party begins in one of our spacious and cheery private gathering rooms. Bring your own cake and presents. Decorate however you wish!
Our friendly staff will assist you with the set-up and tear down. Then for the next hour, Party Like A Kroc Star!

The best part is, that's not all! Every guest gets a wristband and access to all our crazy fun areas, for the ENTIRE day! Play games in the Loft space, beat the top speed down the "Sting Ray Slide" in the recreation pool, or climb and crawl around in the indoor Tree House! So much to do, with ALL day to do it!

  • 1 “Party Like a Kroc Star” t-shirt.
  • Basic party supplies for 12: party plates, cups, napkins, utensils and table cover.
  • 1 hour in your Party Room; then access to the Kroc
    with usage of a Kroc Star Party wristband.
    Designated family and kid areas include:
  • R.J.'s Adventure Zone
  • The Recreation Pool
  • The Community Loft Game Area

All parties interested in swimming are held during open public swim time.

> To book a party, please fill-out and return a Party Request Form. This request does not guarantee a party space. The Omaha Kroc Center will contact you to confirm your reservation.

> 5 business days notice is required to book a Birthday Party; all space is dependent upon availability.

> A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party and will be applied toward your final bill. The remaining balance is due 3 business days before the party.

> Food counts cannot be altered 48 hours prior to the party.

> No cash refunds are given unless the party is canceled by The Kroc Center. If the event is canceled by The Kroc Center, you will be given the choice of a full credit or a full refund.

> If you cancel the party 7 or more days prior to the booked date, you will receive your full balance, minus your $75 non-refundable deposit. Cancellation requests made less than 7 days prior to the event date are not eligible for a refund, and are subject to a $30 return check fee.

> All Birthday Party Packages require the attendance of 2 adults.

> Each party includes 1 hour in a private party room followed by the chosen group activity. Once the group has begun their activity, they will no longer have access to the party room. Set-up is allowed 10 minutes prior to party start time.

> You are welcome to bring your own cake and ice cream, however no other outside food is allowed into the building.

> You are welcome to bring your own decorations. No taping to the walls or windows is permitted. Please, no glitter or confetti. A $200 cleaning charge will be added if any of these items are used.
