Drop-in group fitness classes are a perfect way to learn a new skill, make friends, or improve your fitness. We offer a wide variety of group classes to meet the needs of our members including Aquacize, Zumba®, Insanity®, Kickbox , Tai Chi, Yoga and more.
Each day, dozens of classes are offered for all fitness types and abilities. To see what classes are happening today, check the schedule below.
Please note, Adult Fitness class participants MUST obtain a sticker/class pass from the Welcome Desk to participate. Sticker/pass cards are issued on a first come, first served basis starting ONE hour prior to the start of class, please plan accordingly.

The Kroc Center’s fitness services are designed to help you raise your health to a new and better level. Our experienced staff is ready to assist you, every step of the way -- the first step is setting up an appointment, which can be done online, use form to the right, or by calling the Kroc Fitness team at (402) 905-3573.
Kroc Fitness Services are Free to Members; fees for Non-Members vary depending on the service. Please inquire for details.

Unless otherwise noted, all classes in the Drop-In Schedule are free to Members. Day Pass users are welcome to participate for a modest fee.
